- Challenging environnement = good place to learn and grow your skills if you are motivated - Open management and ability to take new tasks when you are motivated and perform on the job - International context and good place to work

Cons

- No full remote for certain departments. Not an issue for me but can be if that's what you're looking for :)

- Nice and intelligent people - Flat management - You can learn something everyday - Amazing team building - A lot of after works (not mandatory) on the beach or at the bar to know your colleagues in a casual way

Cons

- they expect a lot from you - hard work mentally is need it I don't see this 2 points as negative, but is something you need to be aware of it.

Pros

Click&Boat is a young, dynamic and motivating company to work at. The environment is great and managers are well prepared and help you feel comfortable at any point of the career. The office in Barcelona is modern, clean and in a great spot! We also have a terrace with a great view. Overall, I definitely recommend the company to interns, full time employees and managers.

Cons

The salary is good but not amazing. Part of the salary is based on the bonus you get quarterly and sometimes to achieve 100% of the bonus requires some extra hour.
