Very slow dealership, the only traffic it gets is quickly passed out to sales members of the management inner circle.

Huge Dealership with a lot of work potential. Employees given a lot of freedom to do their work. Plenty of options.

Cons

Easy to get lost in the shuffle. You need to be "in the know" to make more money. Favoritism definitely exists , however this exists in most businesses of this type , so nothing really new.
