Great place to work. Gives back to the community. Very laid back comfortable workplace. Always very friendly people. Helps out is situations with car loans and service work.

Cons

pay is very little unless commission based. Worked for this company for 7 years and only had a raise once. Not a place to work at unless you like working on commission.

None, there is no organization, the managers are rude and all they care about is sales.

Cons

Wow.. so many. Was lied to about the pay plan, The 2 days training was a waste, standing all day if you are a male, if you sit down you're fired.
