      Pros

      You get full time right off the bat, and they will base your schedule on your needs. You get base salary (minimum wage) plus commission (depends on the sale you make), once goal is reached. And your co workers are very friendly.

      Cons

      You will never have a steady destination for a work place, seeing as how they will change your work point on whim. The desired monthly goal the company has is almost double what the worker with the most sales has. They make you renew your contract every 2 months, so you will always be a temporary employee.

      Great coworkers depending on your work area.

      Cons

      People are not willing to work to improve the company . Unions are tough to work with and upper management are not reasonable with their demands.
