Pros

Organization wide department knowledge sharing, structure, transparency out of headquarters, ongoing improvement and reflection organization wide, culture in organization meetings permeates across locations, benefits are better than most nonprofits

Cons

Size of organization means each location operates differently. Location is silo operated, onboarding for administrative staff not adequate, location communication is protected and detrimental, location implements too many limitations and changes the organizational culture, location is in a high state of protectionism, conflicting messaging

Pros

The work that they do is great.

Cons

Very unstable work environment, with it being a Federally Funded org they stay top heavy and get rid of the boots on the ground doing the real work.
