Pros

- Flexible work Culture - Makes you very comfortable - Get to learn new technologies if you are in the right team

Cons

- Highly Political Environment - No Vision - Adopted Agile but stuck with lot of legacy. Its too big an elephant - Treats people bad - Senior Leaders dont stick for more than 3 years. They talk big and before realizing them they quit. total lack of accountability

Beware of Team Culture and Management

Pros

Stayed at the company because telecommuting is a great perk. But at some point, you wonder if that is enough to offset the kind of poor management and unhealthy team dynamic. Note this is dependent on the team you're on. Company culture as a whole is not bad.

Cons

Lots of strong individual contributors get promoted but I've seen too many of those promoted to people managers who make terrible bosses. The worst part is they were able to get promoted because of political savvy so even the type of bullying, micromanagement, and all sorts of management nightmares go undetected by most with their subtle harassment.
