Pros

Great projects from a lot of good places. Plenty of opportunities. Issues are resolved where possible. Hours are good.

Cons

At present, located in a basement so say goodbye to that vitamin D.

Pros

It’s a superb welcoming environment Great kitchen amenities Fun staff wrap party’s

Cons

Will drop you like a tonne of bricks. Don’t have someone train to do something then not extend their contract. Slightly ‘cliquey’. Might have you working til 3AM but might expect you back in at 8AM. Data Operators aren’t given enough credit - they are everyone’s fall guy.

Pros

Cinesite has wonderful team orientation for such a large company. The artists are hard workers and very talented

Cons

The management of the company is lacking, especially in terms of team fulfillment and respect. It's hard to feel valued in the company, and upper management does not encourage internal learning or growth
