Pros

Great benefits that include Personal Health days (accumulated and taken without notice) and Mental Health Hour to be taken biweekly. Good work culture with mandatory social workshops that support BIPOC and LGTBQIA+ community. A lot of support for artists from both HR and supervisor/leads.

Cons

Slightly difficult pipeline and steep learning curve however expected at a feature film studio.

Pros

Super duper cool VFX Animation supervisor. This guy's awesome. Great team. The pipeline (once setup... which can take some weeks) is really good and solid. The physical Studio is ok, not super fancy but pretty nice place and clean (yeah talking about a "life before Covid" experience). The Feature Animation floor and team is great also. The events are awesome (Halloween, Christmas parties...) They have one Bonzzani and two American style soccer tables!! A pool table...

Cons

nothing's perfect but I don't see anything I can complain about.
