Cons

Need larger VFX projects - the strike has affected everyone. The London market is still slow.

Pros

I had a great team; people seemed attentive. I enjoyed my time at this company before the layoff.

Cons

The management laughing in the face of employees, the CEO making a general call during the strike, stating that everyone was at risk, only for the stark reality of layoffs for temporary immigrant workers to hit us. If you go there, you'll be playing a game of chance, and no one will be there to support you because everyone will be looking out for themselves. In the end, you feel very alone in a company that claims to be a family, with colleagues who won't lift a finger to help you. + Low salary
