Pros

The FPTO, I guess. Even though on some teams you're told not to take it or denied because the CSMs don't want to worry about coverage.

Cons

Honestly, the whole job was a downside. The client I worked for (large medical system) was HORRIBLE to the Recruitment team. The CSMs reenforced their behavior. I saw people fired for next to nothing, I was laid off myself but nobody could explain why me. They said it wasn't performance or personal, nor did they draw names out of a hat. They claimed to value transparency but never could give any reasoning. So many jobs went to Manila and we were told this was to "financially manage and benefit the company" which means, they're cheaper, more money in the executive's pockets. The first round of layoffs my team experienced we got an email days later announcing all of the additional executives that had been hired. They have no loyalty, honesty, or integrity at this company, which is a shame because people that worked there under Sue Counts spoke so highly of Cielo... In a past tense. I panicked when I was laid off due to the job market but now I'm glad it happened. With deteriorating mental health, 12-14 hour work days just to keep up, and some of the most hateful (or indifferent) leadership I have ever seen, from CSMs up to the VP, it was the biggest favor they could have done me. I caution everyone to stay far away unless you want to gain a bunch of weight from stress eating or missing your children growing up because you have to work 60-70 hours a week. They don't care about the employees, they won't ever care about the employees. I imagine this company will close in the next couple of years... Good riddance to them.

Hi, this is Jen Santoleri, Vice President - Client Services. This is hard to read, as it does not at all represent our culture. I want to address what happened with the people you reference in your post to ensure we do better, but the anonymity makes that tough. Please contact me if you're open to speaking more about your experience. You can reach out any time at jennifer.santoleri@cielotalent.com.

Pros

Remote work And that’s about it

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work they expect you to do. Have one person doing the work of 3-4 people. Most members in Bridge team get stuck working after hours just to meet goals and no over time provided. Too many meetings with leaders promising changes that are never made. The only changes so far are tons of layoffs and more overseas new hires from the Philippines and Latin America. Seems the company is heading to an overseas model.

Pros

Work life balance - if you are on the right team Transparent business planning Remote Working

Cons

Remote Working - your time is in no way respected - I was on "working" conference calls until after 10 Est Very unprofessional conversations that are later held against you In my particular team - hostile working environment if you were a male - in fact all males were termed and replaced with females for very flimsy / made up reasons. Not just my occasion but 3 others on the team. ZERO respect for personal time Micro Management to the Nth degree and then blamed for failures in performance that I was not allowed visibility to. HR will not return any call or actually investigate any retaliation complaint.
