Pros

ability to stretch and grow professionally while working remote. respected by peers and leaders. opportunity arises if you chase it, but it wont come knocking on your door if you sit idly by,

Cons

the market has been a challenge like everywhere else post-covid. the uncertainty of layoffs was stressful, however the future is looking bright as the market is rounding the corner to shift back in our favor

Hi, this is Tara Cassady, Chief Revenue Officer. I was sorry to read that someone who has been at Cielo for more than 6 years, has left feeling this way. Our business is influenced by customer demand, and while we are seeing market stabilization and gaining new clients, we are also committed to the development and redeployment of our existing talent to adapt to changing needs. Our goal is always to minimize the impact of such transitions and provide opportunities for internal mobility. I understand that this doesn’t change your personal experience, but please know that I am here to listen. If you ever want to discuss your experience or share your thoughts, feel free to reach out to me directly at tara.cassady@cielotalent.com. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.
