Contracts can end with clients and then you have no where else to go

Pros

Amazing benefits - i.e unlimited PTO, great health insurance, 401K. Direct managers were also great! When I started at Cielo there were hundreds of jobs and growth opportunities were endless. 2 years later and the only jobs available were to people in China, India or the Philippines.

Cons

SO many layoffs because Cielo is cheap and moving everything overseas. They are losing some of their oldest clients because they are forcing the clients to use overseas help instead of domestic. The new CEO is ruining what Cielo was built on and playing it off like they are growing globally. If you are okay with everyday waking up not knowing if you are going to lose your job, then this place is great.
