      Pros

      Most challenging and rewarding job I've ever had. My boss has entrusted me with a lot of responsibility and I've grown and learned so much.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure in this job, very little time to do anything extra, like participate in trainings. Feels like trying to just keep my head above water most of the time.

      Pros

      Cielo is a fantastic company to work for and with. My director and manager were some of the best people I've ever met. Flexible work environment and schedule. Management was always there to assist you in anything you needed. Additional training is always offered.

      Cons

      The only reason I left was the pay for this type of position was not the best. Other employees in my same position were making more or less than the other. Depending what account you are on you might be stagnant in your role, however, you are able to make your own career path and move accounts if you wish.
