The compensation was good, I liked the people on my team and they had great work ethic

Cons

The company leader was obviously very accomplished but seemed a bit canned at times. At times, middle-management didn't seem to have the best interest of the employee at heart.

communication is great between team members

more training or sharing of general knowledge on company resources for remote employees- sometimes it gets taken for granted what a remote employee knows

Very family oriented and supportive company, everyone here is so nice and willing to offer a helping hand especially when it comes to the candidates. Schedules are very flexible, great benefits and a lot of opportunities when it comes to moving around within the company.

Cons

The compensation is all that great.
