Easy interview. Process from initial call to offer was very swift. Good candidate experience. Pay average.

Cons

This is my second RPO and the attrition rate is very high. Since joining Cielo Search Solutions, I have had two managers and this is my fourth month! Management has a preference of automating the managing process where you report on yourself as they have no idea what you been up to. Instructions from project leaders can change from one day to the next, very frustrating!!

- offers a variety of trainings, including RecruitU (Cielo's comprehensive training to help entry level employees become a recruiter) - fun culture - opportunities to work from home - growing company with aggressive target goals - reputable company in the RPO's space

Cons

- salary - needs some work on developing an internal pool of talent to take on leadership positions
