Pros

Lots of opportunity to move up quickly in the recruitment world. In-house training programs are like none other in the industry. The employees and relationships formed are unbeatable. There are great mentors here to learn and grow from. If you work hard you are rewarded for it (depending on what client team you support).

Cons

The workload can get hectic with a very minimal work/life balance. It's a bit of a burnout culture for many people.

Pros

-Laid back dress code, although I could see it being completely laid back unless a client is in the office or a tour is being given. -Ability to self structure your day with a generalized layout of what's expected. -Fun events with the team. We always try to stay small as we get bigger. -Coworkers are incredible; I would be lost without them! -Somewhat flexible work hours (dependent on team). -PTO -Paid holidays

Cons

-Pay. 100%. So frustrating that the amount of work I do is twice the amount of a general scope of work and I'm paid half of what I should be. The rate is NOT competitive or conducive to the industry. -Management needs work. Micromanaging at its finest and the wrong people are penalized or not recognized how they should be. The answer to that is giving more work which doesn't solve any problems. -Leaders are consistently getting promoted, while others on the lower end of the totem pole have been given promises of a promotion with no deliverance. So incredibly frustrating to see people already making a ton of money getting more. -Benefits are horrendous. You're either robbed blindly every month so your deductible isn't high, or vice versa. It's a shame.

Pros

Great place to learn. Often encouraged to follow my interests, learn and develop a better way to accomplish my duties or take on additional projects. Flexible work environment.

Cons

Managers are not well trained. There is a lot of pressure to meet goals and most managers think that being abrasive and belligerent to employees is the way to get it done. Results in high turnover and stressed out employees. Pay and benefits are sub par.
