      Pros

      Everyone generally has a very positive attitude, approach to problems. I have always had Leads/ Managers/ Directors willing to listen to me and address any difficulties I may be having. Coming from an in-house role, the ability to request the ability to add staff and to be told "sure, we'll hire X more people" is a breath of fresh air.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for remote employees to try new things, get involved in other areas of the organization other than like-for-like recruiter roles. Seems like opportunities for Leads/ CSM's only get shuffled around among those in the role currently or people they know from the outside.

      Pros

      Ability to live where I want and work from home.

      Cons

      It is hard to advance in the company but management is working on that this year.

      Pros

      I don't have a lot of pros of this position other than I enjoyed the opportunity to work from home.

      Cons

      Repetitive work. Very scripted responses. More cold calling then originally led to believe. Low pay.
