Pros

Able to Work from home

Cons

The just built a new headquarters but works largely remote. Then they complain every quarter on all hands meetings about revenue. This caused mass layoffs, reduced bonuses and raises. Looking for career progression? Don't look here. Getting fired and then transferred every few months doesn't count. They are relying more and more on the Philippines and calling it global support. Let's be honest, it's cheaper. This causes a lot of problems both internal and client support. While other companies are waking up to the lies about DEI & ESG. They doubling down.
