Cons

Contracts can disappear and you have to hope to find a new account to work on. Benefits (medical) isn’t the best.

Pros

-Great work st home benefits -Never felt micromanaged as long as results was being delivered. -Felt like a valued team player with client

Cons

-Training gaps The initial training lacked need to know process/procedures to complete job. I remember the first day once training was over and client was "live" I sat in my at home office thinking what am I doing. I have a very strong drive and ambition to succeed so I found the resources needed to be successful. Not all employees are wired this was hence some of the turn over. Management at a lower level such as CSMs or CSD are not knowledgeable or trained probably of what happens in the ditches.

I'm disappointed to hear, however, that you felt your initial training was lacking. We do move quickly from the start but owe it to our people to provide quality, thorough training up front. We are reimagining our onboarding process this year, with hopes of alleviating some of what you mentioned in your review.
