Cons

Bonus cash amount for achieving KPI's is extremely low despite all the asks. It was suddenly down to less that 50% due to business decisions. You won't feel the salary increase in getting promoted or in yearly reviews, only the tedious responsibilities added.

Everything. From over extending to underwhelming service to clients and employees treated as puppies in a mill.
