Great quality people work here, people who really care about vulnerable populations. People work really hard, and their products show their efforts

Their processes are not efficient, particularly in the areas of instructional design, and like most organizations, there is resistance to the unfamiliar. Having clear processes in place would allow them to work smarter, not harder.
