      Benefits could be better, and depending on the project/department you could get stuck working with staff without great management skills

      Horrible leadership and toxic culture

      Pros

      Very bright and talented coworkers. Work is interesting and of high quality. It is fine as a stepping stone place to learn, but I wouldn't plan on staying here for more than 2 years.

      Cons

      Leadership is antiquated and micromanages. Any management below the senior leadership team just does as senior leadership says. You will have no say or ownership over your work. Little to no opportunities for growth. No work-life balance. Pay and benefits are below the industry standard.

      The Salary was very decent.

      Cons

      One of the directors would dismiss other people's expertise and impose his own unresearched perspective on the curriculum development process without a functioning understanding of basic concepts, such as learning objectives. Learning objectives were, for him, an afterthought, not an essential foundation.
