      Great Place for Recent Graduates, allows for immediate hands on experience. Very small company that allows for personal input and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Not a lot of experienced workers, a lot of issues are made without their being any forethought taken into account.

      Pros

      Great work experience for those who are interested in biotechnology.

      Cons

      Poor management. Micro managing, verbal abuse from leadership, and no opportunities to move up in the company. There is very little concern and protection of the health of coworkers who are exposed to toxic chemicals that are known to cause cancer.

      Pros

      I had great co-workers, I learned a lot from working there. The CEO was always available to ask questions to, and he would ask questions in return. No one acted more important than the next. It was a great work environment.

      Cons

      Not a lot of accountability held for bad behavior/performance.
