Coworkers are amazing people. Incredibly specialized in their fields and very knowledgeable / eager to help.

Cons

Upper management seems to have no real plan mapped for the future. Raises and promotions were incredibly late making them off-cycle Poor communication about team moves, objectives, and business direction They don't really know which people / team members to value as shown by the recent news. No 401k match

Many passionate scientists that are enthusiastic about their work. Great feeling of people doing what they love. Great community feel.

Cons

Lack of accountability and visibility between upper management and regular employees. Yearly reviews and promotion cycles are not consistent year to year. Take time to grow professionally.
