Management is terrible. Act like it’s a great place to work and care for their employees then turn around and let a third of them go. They don’t even inform team managers/supervisors of the layoffs. No reassurance to employees that remain or mention of layoffs and even joke during company wide meeting right after. They do nothing for employee morale.

Pay is low, raises are late and small, annual review system is laughable, management can be questionable, business direction is uncertain.
