      Pros

      Great culture to be a part of. People are super nice. Tons of groups and committees to be a part of. Opportunity for industry experience. Great for entry-level positions.

      Cons

      Poor management. Not a lot of opportunity to grow or learn. Seems you're constantly fighting with supervisors: no trust, micro-manage, hypocritical and hardly any appreciation. Depending on which department you're in (and the supervisor) work/life balance may not be taken into consideration.

      Great team of people, pretty good resources, and Bioinformatics team leader is fantastic

      sometime unclear leadership and directions. communication is not very efficient in group and outside of group.
