      Easy job interview - question asked whats your favorite movie

      Cons

      Training was poorly structered, boring and too much sitting around doing nothing, no pentalty rates for working Sundays alone in office.

      Treated as "the help"

      Pros

      .discount on hotels and once you gain the experience you can get a position in the field all over world

      Cons

      No breaks, no allowed to sit during a 9 hour shift even when its slow. No break room or employee restrooms. Management constantly changing and they all feel they have something to prove as newbies

      Not happy with it at all

      Pros

      There don't seem to be any pros for this job or position. Mainly I hate the management of the hotel, not so much the job. Although I don't really do what I was hired for.

      Cons

      All weekends, every weekend. GM not helpful, does not care about guests or employees.
