Great for experience in the hotel industry. The discounts employees and friends and family get are amazing!

Cons

Each franchise is run differently and where I work it's disorganized. Their promotions aren't the best either, some guests get frustrated with how they run things.

Interaction with people and a lot of down time to get studying and homework done. It is a great way to learn about sales.

Cons

8 hours alone can get a little annoying at times. (when there is full house and you have to deal with everything yourself can get a little flustered at times.)
