Family-type atmosphere, easy work, laid back atmosphere, low stress, flexibility, Meet some interesting and friendly people on a daily basis

Cons

Low pay, work schedule was only nights and most weekends, management unprofessional, drama, employees often had benefits cut such as paid vacations, with little or no benefits offered. Schedules would often be altered, changed or cut with little or no notice.

Pros you can me meet new and exciting people at check-in and the pay is OK during summer time. You can take you lunch anytime !

Cons

Hotel Managers are scared to stick up for you in front of to owner. Most owers of the hotels never worked to front desk before in there life to know what it take to keep a custom coming back!

easy job you meet some wonderful people at check in you learn valuable information about the hotel industry If you are good at it, you will feel important

Cons

if you are educated, you will feel out of place as this job as a high turnover rate and is one that must be filled. there are politics and drama you'll have to deal with pay is minimal your managers may be less intelligent than you are no promotions within
