Pros
I learned a lot about the hospitality industry. I also gained experience in customer service, in person and on the phone.
Cons
Too many to list.. To no fault of Choice, this place was a run down rat hole that I was responsible for cleaning, booking, and dealing with customer complaints. I acted as the owner, because the owner was just incompetent and inept. On multiple occasions we would scramble to get the place to "spec" the day before the franchising people snatched away his ability to use the name econolodge
