      Pros

      Strong tech focus. Great exposure to development projects and innovation. Decent opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Small, dumpy work spaces in Phoenix. (about 4ft of desk space). Losing some of the appeal that brought a lot of people on recently.

      Pros

      The people are great. The facility is very nice.

      Cons

      Fear of losing your job every day if you make one boss angry or do not do her bidding. Training was abysmal. Team leads were not qualified to answer half of the questions. Team leads would work from home, but were unreachable in a crisis. Team supervisors hated the manager and the fighting was obvious.

      Pros

      Great PMS System! Very Easy to learn and use. I had a great experience with the management at the company as well. Incentive programs for employees.

      Cons

      Online PMS system goes down often, causes problems for guests and agents. Smaller properties have a lot of down time!
