Pros

Lot of lip service about great quality of work life balance. Supposidly great technology but only for the parent company Choice Advantage. A food truck every 2 weeks. Every now and then there are some team events. Every now and then means every 6 months. SkyTouch's PMS is fantastic. Leadership at SkyTouch is :LowTouch" after they fired the only team that new what to do.

Cons

There are not enough spaces to speak of the cons. Basically, SkyTouch is out of touch. Wheels are falling off. I love CHOICE Hotels but the leadership of SkyTouch is dismall. SkyTouch 's PMS can do so well. WHY DID YOU FIRE THE LEADERSHIP TEAM THAT KNEW HOW TO TURN SKY TOUCH AROUND ! What is wrong with you folks Choice !!!. What's left is not SkyTouch - HellTouch

Pros

Worked with some nice people.

Cons

Significant turnover in Global Sales, largely the result of a bully SVP.

Out of touch with reality

Pros

Number of different jobs to apply for.

Cons

Company does not care about its employees. They have been laying off employees every November for the past 8 years, then 2 years ago they bought two new buildings for their headquarters in Maryland and Arizona. The current CEO nor his Vice Presidents do not seem to care about who has a job or not. The Health insurance package they changed to is terrible. Constant in-fighting at the corporate offices. They put on a false front that they care about families but the truth is they don't. Your job is never secure.
