      Pros

      If you are working on special project it might be great. Otherwise you are just not that important.

      Cons

      IT Executive Team is not great. Directors and VP's talk good game but do not actually care about people they manage. They spend more time "rating" and reviewing each others employees and giving them grades than it's worth. It only serves to create animosity and distrust within the team. Turnover is a big concern.

      Easy job interview - question asked whats your favorite movie

      Cons

      Training was poorly structered, boring and too much sitting around doing nothing, no pentalty rates for working Sundays alone in office.
