      Pros

      Excellent opportunities for upward mobility through various training programs! CEO has jumped onboard the company culture bandwagon and initiated a great program to inspire and educate employees and franchisees.

      Cons

      Because the company franchises its hotels, there are so many corporate brand initiatives and regulations being added constantly, and it can be difficult to stay in compliance with all new ones.

      Pros

      Excellent Company to work for if you do not have a job for the time being.

      Cons

      I do not have any complaint to the corporate, but these individually owned hotels are pretty arrogant and greedy. They just want to kill their employees by paying low salaries, but they want their best. How could you expect best from your employees if you are not paying your employees to make their living out of their jobs.

      Aggressive deadlines, poor management, poor work/life balance, cramped work environment.
