Pros

Awesome hotel discounts and thats about it

Cons

Worst leadership. The new CIO is a people person, but thats about it. He has not brought any changes to the organization. He seems genuine in engaging people, but his leadership is not. He needs to hire good people who can bring the culture up. He has brought a new build leader from Wells Fargo. The few interactions I had with her, she was very hierarchical and bossy! She thinks too much about herself and looks down on people. She is not going to fit Choice culture for sure if she thinks high of her. He brought another leader for Run in my organization, who was hierarchical and bossy as well! He has no value for people and is highly toxic. I am glad i did not work for him directly, but I did see my manager having trouble with him. I did not leave because of these people, but if these people dont change, many people reporting to them will leave for sure.

Pros

Choice in general seems to care about employees, great benefits, events on occasion and they're working on bringing salaries up to market rate

Cons

Incredibly slow to move, several departments have had to wait months just to get approval to replace an employee that's left, people are leaving left and right and it's taking forever to replace them. Our management pretends to care but it has become pretty blatant that our complaints and requests are not being dealt with. Employees that treat others terribly are not dealt with if they are good sales people or get a lot of work done making for a really miserable work environment. Our entire team is applying elsewhere says it all.
