      Pros

      Great salary and benefits, ongoing training, chance to be exposed to a lot of different people and to gain knowledge from senior co-workers

      Cons

      In my experience, company turns a blind eye to nepotism and favoritism, employees not treated fairly across the board because of this.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Focus on safety is real and has had very positive impact at work and at home.

      Cons

      There are few areas where unique points of view are accepted. My experience was that leaders were selected if they went along with the norm and as such most leaders are scared of employees with strong opinions and solid understanding of their function. Not a good place to call out when things are on the wrong track - despite the appearance of a culture that wants this behavior (stop work authority).

      Pay, benefits, safety standards, professionalism

      Cons

      too many reorgs. The company is constantly reorging their downstream business. If you survive great, but if you don't they will show you the door and tell you to pack up your things in 30 minutes. (no matter HOW many years you worked there) What was once a very loyal company, is anything but now.
