Pros

They tend to take good care of their people; they have a broad range of administrative as well as professional/technical roles that offer a lot of options for employment.

Cons

Beware low fuel prices! Up to 10% of the workforce slated for cuts in 2015-2016. If you are in the CBRES opco, most of what you do is overhead and is prone to real belt tightening. PMP is way too complicated and, in some specialized areas, largely a waste of time but is required (for metrics?) nonetheless.

Pros

Great compensation and benefits. Strong company culture that truly values employees in all countries / cultures. Long-term employment encouraged and backed by great retirement benefits.

Cons

Enormous company filled with old-school mentality, slow moving process driven mentality and it's fair share of bureaucracy. Populous workforce allows sandbagging and stymies creativity. Stability fosters complacency.
