Pros

Salary Focus on people Every other Friday off

Cons

Too many processes, politics. Too many people doing the same job. No accountability for upper management in how they lead their employees

Pros

- Benefits are great including health, wellness, work/life balance, and flexible schedules - Salaries are comparable and the bonus structure is fair - People are fantastic, friendly, and helpful - Invest in their people and truly care about what they say

Cons

- Slow moving to change as in any big company - Technology is a bit behind and could use some investment - Could use some work in recycling at the offices - Managers move around quite frequently so lessons learned seem to get "re-learned" frequently

Pros

Great value! Liked their Chevron Way to get people to treat each other in respectful way and people DO it that way.

Cons

Too many processes and procedures. Still different business unit has different processes. Information system is not standardized. Too much decentralization.
