Business Outlook
Pros
Great engineers throughout, good pay and very interesting problems. Financially sound company that makes financially sound decisions. Projects are well thought out and multiple disciplines are engaged.
Cons
The company is large and can be a bit slow. Management is solid (and sharp), but they do not do much to debunk the myth of the go-ol-boy network (and sometimes take actions that enforce it).
