Pros

They have flexible schedules and reimburse 75% of your tuition to pursue higher education.

Cons

lack of respect, communication to department is poor, gm, managers, team leads do not walk their talk, some of the leadership manage by bullying.

Treats employees well, but I'm not crazy about refining.

Pros

They pay you very well. The compensation is good. It is just great to see the things they are doing there.

Cons

I don't think that everyone should work in a place where solar panels are nonexistant and contributing to the demise of the earth is number one priority. You have to come in whenever they call.

-Benefits (medical insurance etc) -9/80 schedule (every other Friday off) -Ability to move to other positions in other cities -Extensive training program (5 years for college graduates and junior employees)

Cons

-Changes / projects are slow to happen -Very heavy on process and procedures -Must for the most part work in an oil&gas city (e.g. Houston)
