Cons
Very little work-life balance - recent cuts and loss of experienced employees has led to massive increases in workload with no end in sight. 12 to 14 hour days common, 8 or 9 hour days exceedingly rare. Pay is barely enough to cover rent with first paycheck, pay increases lag behind inflation, and morale is at rock bottom.
