Pros

Great compensation. Meaningful work. High levels of responsibility early in your career. Some of the best people to work with and for. Some of the best leadership from the top down of any company I can imagine. Flexible work schedules (Monday and Friday from home, some get to work 9/80 (Every other Friday off) and 4/10 (every Friday off)) schedules. Family oriented. Good opportunities for advancement, especially if you are willing to move.

Cons

Large company and some inflated processes can be frustrating.
