With reduction in workfoce (20%) most experience customer service and IT people were either laid-off or left in late 2011. This leaves a mixed group of very competent, experienced managers and workers mixed with low-cost new hires who can't support sales. Mfg. plants try but you can only produce so much with minimal workers. Production always behind so majority of time spent explaining late deliveries. Lack of communication from upper management leaves clients feeling neglected. MBO's convuluted, not achievable and commissions cut without notice negating achievements. Lower pay with a 30% increase in sales???

MBO bonus structure is ridiculous. You are given additional job responsibilities (that are not even manageable) disguised as MBO's in which the payout is based on company performance that is not meet. Comparing work load to salary is not measurable. Ever since the PC conversion people are working under extreme pressure everyday just to get the bare minimum completed. Couple this with reducing the work force by 20% and the end result is very unfavorable for the organization. Employee morale is extremely low and to working harder simply just means you are given more work. Very discouraging!
