Pros

Salary was ok but not high enough for putting up with the terrible culture through the entire company.

Cons

Do not work here! Terrible team work, terrible decisions with little to no logic. Communication among small teams doesn't exist. Every project is a rush and no time to actually design or develop the products. I feel sorry for the customers because Checkpoint doesn't actually design anything new, they just put what they have, from the past 10 years and put it a new form factor.

It was interesting, with the ability to take on as much responsibility as i wanted .

Cons

Management was lacking. They did not have a good understanding of the direction the company should go in.

Leader in EAS/RFID anti-shoplifting Radio Frequency passive tag security systems. Great people, Cool technology!

Cons

R&D budget was funded less than most companies designing high tech products. MBO bonus plan can limit innovation.
