Flexible working hours, flexible to work from home. Very good core curriculum and other training available. Good leaders who are approachable and listen to your feedback.

Cons

Probably a smaller monetary salary package & bonus as compared to ship management/owner companies can provide, but this is offset by the flexibility and training provided

All colleague are friendly and helpful. The environment whilst being serious is not oppressively so. The hours are good and flexible to needs where permissible. Part of a bigger company.

Cons

The start can be gradual and responsibilities slow to build up.
