Pros
Flexible working hours, flexible to work from home. Very good core curriculum and other training available. Good leaders who are approachable and listen to your feedback.
Cons
Probably a smaller monetary salary package & bonus as compared to ship management/owner companies can provide, but this is offset by the flexibility and training provided
