Users say... "Pay is poor, not competitive" "Salaries are low for the market" "payroll times and would disapear when ever she wanted , she sabotaged my work ,she was bestfriends with my manager , so what ever i did wasnt right , I was upward bullied for sure and it caused emotional damage in the end , as I had no support and the whole thing was put down to a personality clash which def wasnt the case , HR didnt help and believed my manager , I ended up being put on Garden leave and basically forced to resign , the money was good , and remote was perfect , so no need to resign apart from" "No training provided" "Probably a smaller monetary salary package & bonus as compared to ship management/owner companies can provide, but this is offset by the flexibility and training provided"
