Most of the people working there seem to care about their jobs & the service they provide. Good perks - free private healthcare taxable unfortunately!), share option scheme & free social events

Cons

At all costs avoid considering employment with the Property Services (facilities) department at any salary (unless you are considering the top job (please do!). New recruits last no longer than a few months & the rest are hanging on by their fingernails for financial reasons.

- High degree of responsibility for new joiners, who are exposed to varied and interesting work. - The workplace has a genuinely positive and friendly atmosphere. - High degree of transparency, and a clear line of communication to/from the management, who are easily approachable. - Employees are encouraged to undertake further professional studies outside of the workplace, and supported when doing so. - Plenty of opportunities to meet and network with clients and service providers.
