Pros

The pay is better than working at other early learning centers, you teach out of a book per their curricula, management and corporate keep an open ear always, you never need to buy your own materials, and you're making such a huge difference.

Cons

Taking advantage of families who have disabled children, in many cases we try out best to deliver our curriculum to students who may have special needs. Sometimes forfeiting the fact that we teach to the top, and instead taking precious time away from students who will actually benefit. I've seen in many cases children who just sit and stare ALL DAY or disrupt and cause 20min-1hr long fits. It's not fair to anyone.

Pros

You get to work with kids and see them develop

Cons

Literally everything else. Management is not the best, coworkers are so unprofessional (not all of them) and it is just not enough pay for the amount of work you have to put in.
