Who else gets paid to mold children into pursuing their happiness?

*Challenger went above and beyond to take care of their employee's during the pandemic. Everyone was paid their normal wages until it was deemed safe to open again. The real "Rockstars" and front line workers, were the managers, teachers and teams that worked diligently to safely open our schools again, so that children could be in a safe learning environment. The CEO personally applauded the employees for adapting to the ever changing conditions, and he made sure Challenger stayed within their means to plan for a rainy day. Under his guidance, Challenger was kept intact during the lockdowns. This is a true testimonial to the kind of company that Challenger is! *The employee benefit for your children to attend is incredible! *I have learned something new every single day. *The children and families that attend Challenger are a joy to be around. *Even after 20 years, it never feels like a chore to report to work.
Cons
I'm getting close to retire in a few years, and there isn't a Challenger location where I am settling! I will miss this amazing group of educators... and all that believe in Barbara Baker's vision! BEST school in the world!
